Beautiful drawing of an Indian with his loyal horse.  In very good condition.  See photos.  Framed and matted.  Signed and dated 5/15/46.

Villa was a commercial artist and easel painter.  He was born in Los Angeles and studied at the Los Angeles School of Art and Design.  Villa established himself as a commercial artist including a long career with the Santa Fe Railroad.  There he created his iconic emblem of the Santa Fe Chief.
